Quantitative audience research is when the research that is used is research that has facts from things like measurements, statics or things like polls and surveys.

Qualitative audience research is when the research that is used to gain understanding of opinions and motivations. It is used to understand problems or make ideas or hypotheses for potential quantitative research.

Audience classification is when the research is based off of what the audience wants.

From the research that I have acquired I have seen that most people are male and are aged 17 or 18. Most people wish for a complete remake for the game instead of a sequel or being based off of the movie. People wanted Debbie to be the main character rather than Dave, Mike or the klowns but the amount of votes were not much difference. Most people wish for the game to be a First Person Shooter and a Horror game rather than a Third Person Shooter or a Stealth game. Most people want the game to be on PC rather than it being on consoles or mobile devices. Most people do not wish to pay anything rather than to pay anything. When I asked people if they thought it could be made into a good game they said yes.
